By downloading or using B&Breathe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
B&Breathe provides breathing exercises, guided meditations, and educational content to help manage flight anxiety. The app is for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to:
B&Breathe is a wellness app. The content is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical treatment. If you have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare provider before using breathing or meditation techniques from this app.
B&Breathe offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
All content in B&Breathe, including text, audio, and design, is owned by or licensed to B&Breathe. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
B&Breathe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be available at all times or free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, B&Breathe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
